Return policy

The Customer has 7 working days from the date of receipt to return the ordered items for a refund or exchange. Only items returned within this period, in their original packaging, unworn, and unwashed, can be exchanged.

Each exchange or return must be accompanied by your phone number and your exchange request.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. The Customer must arrange the transport by their own means.

In the case of a return, and after receipt of the merchandise by KOUNOUZ EL YASMINE SARL, the Customer will be refunded within 30 days.

Cases where products can be exchanged:

• Error in the ordered size (delivered size differs from the ordered size).
• Error in the ordered color (delivered color differs from the ordered color).

Cases where products can be refunded:

• Error in size or color ordered followed by a stock shortage.
• In the above cases, the products must be returned in the condition in which you received them, with all included items (accessories, packaging, manual, etc.).

Refunds will be made by crediting the card used at the time of order validation.

Sale or promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged.
